SonoCaddie V300 Golf GPS Review
The new Sonocaddie V300 Golf GPS Rangefinder is another great addition to the ever-growing gps lineup. The Sonocaddie V300 has some great features that might make this the GPS unit for you. My personal favorite feature is the 3D course layout that gives you a great visual of what you have in front of you. The Sonocaddie V300 also has some game management features. It will track your scores and calculate stats like greens hit and distance for each shot. After the round you can see all the stats that you see on the TV when you are watching the PGA Tour. This is basically the caddy that you have never had.

Nice little unit here. Good green features on it.
This market has really picked up this year and only getting better!

I used the sonocaddie V300 the day after I received it as a gift. The manual is okay, but the unit is pretty intuitive once you familiarize yourself with it. The hole view is great - you can see all the trouble and layups at a glance. I still have my Skycaddie membership, so I played with both; they agreed to the yardages on all holes (only played one course so far). The V300 has a scorecard that is easy to use and a shot track function that lets you save the location of every shot you take on the course. I used the customer service and spoke to a real person. Overall I highly recommend the Sonocaddie V300, especially over Skycaddie.
