Nickent 5DX Iron Wood Hybrid Review
We are now in the 5th generation on Nickent Hybrids. The newest Hybrid in Nickent’s line up is the new Nickent 5DX Hybrid. If you haven’t had a chance to hit a Nickent Hybrid, I would highly recommend it. Many tour players on all levels have been adding them to their bags because they work. The new Wing design helps in adding a low center of gravity and increase MOI, which means longer and straighter shots. At first glance it looks very non traditional, but when you have it in your hands and looking down on the club it looks pretty conventional. I took on out last week and I love it. It is great out of the rough, and I especially liked it off the tee on tight holes. They are priced OK, but there is a special promotion of $75 off. Check out the new Nickent 5DX Hybrid!

I am a big fan of Nickent and love my 4DX; but the 5DX were somewhat disappointing!
Most shots go quite far but tend to open (tend to fade or slice) and I am definetely not a slicer!
I can think of 3 possibilities:
i) The Fuji level 5 shafts are not appropriate for the heavy heads;
ii) the 5DX are somewhat more OPEN at address than the 4DX and other popular hybrids, so one should adjust the grip and stance;
iii) my club (or shaft) is defective?
I would appreciate any imputs on this issue.
*By the way, the 5DX are somewhat longer than other hybrids because of their stronger lofts. For instance my #5 hybrid has 24.5degress; i.e. , it is equivalent to a typical #4 hybrid!
Thanks
