Golf distractions
Distractions will be there in all spheres of life. It is up to you to ensure that you get rid of the distraction. Golf is a game that needs a lot of concentration from you. You have to do a lot of calculations before you actually take the shot. Even a small rustle of leaves can cause you a distraction. So you will need to work on your concentration level.
The three main things that can distract you in a game of golf are:
• Visual distractions – This can be anything starting from a shadow cast by your partner to people walking beside you. This is one of the most difficult barriers to overcome.
• Audio distractions – This is distraction caused by sounds you hear. When you are trying to concentrate on your shot, then even a whisper can be very irritating. People coughing, mobile ringing, horns honking and so on. The list is never ending.
• Physiological distractions – This is more about what you feel. It includes your mood, your fatigue, your concentration and so on.
Medication can help you to a great extent to build your concentration level. It helps you keep your mind in control.

This is totally true. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been distracted out on the links, and it can just totally throw off my game, but what golfer hasn’t experienced this. Great points there.
