Golf Cart Tips
Golf carts are very useful. They save you a lot of energy as you do not have to walk the entire stretch of your game. Here are some tips on how to use golf carts effectively.
• You must drive very slowly and use the break before coming to a stop completely.
• Do not break the safe speed limit and never shift gears while in motion.
• You must stop your carts at all intersections. Use your horn when needed.
• Do not park your cart in front. Do it behind the greens.
• Stop your cart if you feel that you are disturbing a player nearby who is getting ready for a shot.
• Do not drive onto tee, green or collar.
• Keep a lookout for special signage.
• Operate your cart with care and with consideration for others.
• Use battery chargers that are approved.
• Place your cart control lever in “Neutral” and remove the key if your golf cart is not in use.
• If you do not intend to use your cart over night the lock it for safety.
Above all drive safely following all rules. After all golf is a game to be enjoyed at peace.
