Cleveland CG7 Iron Review
The New Cleveland CG7 Irons are coming out and I had a chance to hit them on our launch monitor. At first glance it is very eye appealing with its classic look with a little tech behind it. The ironic thing is that it has a ton of technology behind it. With it’s one piece injected molded insert that covers the whole perimeter offers vibration dampening over the entire face of the club especially on those mis hit shots. On the launch monitor I did not see a increase in distance, but I did notice that no other club on the market has the smooth feeling of these new CG7 Irons. That is why it won Golf Digests 2009 Hot List Silver award. I think it should have taken a Gold!

Just got these, good balance of forgiveness and feel. I can still feel my bad shorts but I’ve barely lost any distance.
