Choosing a birthday golf gift
You might want to gift a golf accessory to your spouse or friend or brother but have no clue on how to go about it. Here are certain tips that can guide you on the process.
• The best way to start is to directly tell them that you are planning to buy them a golf gift and ask them what they would prefer. If you are a golfer yourself and play together, then the task becomes very easy and you can gauge their requirement without having to ask them and taking away the surprise element.
• If you feel that you are not too comfortable on what to buy, then you can also get them a gift certificate from the golf store.
• You can also approach their friends or their trainer to get an idea on what will be a good gifting idea. Especially, if the golfer is a novice, then they would ask you to buy him a training aid or something similar.
If you are still not too confident, then buying them gift certificates will be the best bet. At least you will know that they will buy stuff that they actually need.
