CTS usually occur due to the compression on the median nerve as it runs parallel to the tendons that run the fingers. Initially, you might get a feeling of tightness and fullness in their wrist and forearm. Some feel a tingling session in the index finger, thumb and middle finger. You can start by reducing the number of hours you play golf. Ease your grip. If possible, you must wear a glove to reduce the friction.
