FOOTJOY DRYJOYS IVORY  ECL™ or "Extreme Comfort Leather" is a new proprietary waterproofing system developed with Pittards® of England. It is a membrane-free leather with a 2-year waterproof warranty. ECL Advanced Waterproof Leather is 30% softer than previous generation FootJoy performance leather. FootJoy warrants that this golf shoe will be waterproof in normal use for two years (U.S. Warranty). Leather linings provide superior comfort and in-shoe breathability. The Comfort Plus PU (poly urethane) Fit-Beds provide super cushioned underfoot comfort. Full rounded toe character, standard fit across forefoot and instep, with a slightly narrow heel. The Laser Last is a composite of thousands of digital scans of the FootJoy Laser Fitting System. EVA (ethyl vinyl acetate) midsoles provide lightweight cushioning underfoot. EVA does not take a set, so the cushioning will remain constant for the life of the shoe. The Stability PODS outsole features seven individual TPU Stability PODS surrounded by dramatically enhanced OptiFlex™ zones. The result is breakthrough FLEXTABILITY™-- stability achieved through maximum flexibility. In addition, an aluminized fiberglass Stability Bridge™ for maximum midfoot stability. OptiFlex is softest density TPU (thermal plastic urethane) used in tri-density TPU outsoles. The DryJoys Stability PODS outsole features Optiflex technology throughout all non-PODS areas, creating one of the most flexible outsoles ever developed. The Fast Twist System (FTS) is the most preferred cleat insert system on the market today. One-quarter turn secures and releases the cleat for quick changing. Pulsar cleats by Softspikes® are the #1 selling cleat in golf and the overwhelming choice of touring professionals worldwide. The Pulsar cleats feature all the same turf grip and walking comfort advantages of Black Widow plus the additions of and radiused legs for extra durability and cleat webbing for easier cleaning.
